        This is the worse company EVER! They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to emails. My mother had this as an insurance company and trying to get paid from them has been nothing but EXHAUSTING to say the least. Don't let them hold any of your policies..

      We are sorry that you are displeased. The guaranty association is not an insurance company nor an insurance agency. It is a not-for-profit association that provided coverage when your mother’s insurance company became insolvent and could no longer provide benefits. The association communicated with you via phone and email on numerous times, and it provided all of the benefits owed under the policy your mother purchased.
