I cannot say enough for the team that helped me after my hip replacement surgery. Jackie/On-boarding RN, Moriah/PT, Carl/PT - Each were caring, kind and compassionate. Each helped me with concerns and my mobility. I give them a 4 chair turn!

So far Kate and the entire staff have been amazing as we venture through the end of my husbands life journey. I would be lost without this incredible team. Thank goodness for Hospice Care and our incredible Social Worker, Holly.

I used Residential Home Health & Hospice, Lisle, for my wife, for the last 3-4 weeks of her life, and cannot commend their services more highly. Not only was the Nurse (Patricia) who came to the house gentle, patient, and caring, but also highly professional, informed, and decisive. Furthermore, I was most impressed at the prompt interactions between the visiting nurse and their in-house doctor, whose advice, decision-making and prescribing of medications was so prompt, and the medications delivered to the house within 3 hours. Between the Nurse and the Doctor, in collaboration, they made my wife's last days as painless, comfortable, and calm as could possibly be asked for - also answering her questions and my questions directly and in an informed manner. As her carer, at home, I sensed the back up of the Residential staff every step of the way, even in the middle of the night, and also their efficiency in contacting our chosen funeral home, and promptly issuing the death certificate. Highly recommend.

Had to meet with social worker in public hallway near the elevator at Evanston Hospital to hear about the program & sign papers. This should not have happened in a public place. There must have been somewhere in the hospital with privacy. Mom was sent home on a Saturday with no supplies, just a bunch of equipment. When I called I to ask specially about diapers I was told to use a brief, cut it & duck tape it together. Really?? How about giving the patient dignity? I had to scrounge supplies from other people at the senior building until the next day. Equipment was dropped off with no explanation. How am I supposed to know how to set up oxygen? Also received a bag of medications with any discussion of their use until 3 days later.The staff was very nice but sign up process & discharge planning was poor.
