        Its been on my list to seek out a nutritionist for years now literally. Receiving some not so good numbers for my A1C and cholesterol finally gave me the umph I needed to start sessions. Ive been meeting almost weekly with Daysy and I wish I had started a long time ago. Ive learned so much in two months and Daysy has encouraged me to try food choices I would have NEVER picked up on my own. At the end of each session, we set a plan or goals for the upcoming week. She gives me all the tools that I need. Its up to me to actually follow through. Im excited to continue to meet and make lifestyle changes. Ive already upped my water intake by more than 48 oz daily and choosing meals and snacks that are better for my health.

        I really like working with Kelly as my dietitian! She is very knowledgeable and a great listener! Her advice addresses clients' dietary issues right from the start. Kelly listens, looks for the best solution, and gives you "homework" to do at home. This really helped me to change my eating habits, and she taught me to think and recognize the reasons before I eat. She also checked my lab results to make sure her recommendations will help to improve my health and well-being. I highly recommend Kelly to help you with your diet needs.

        I see Kelly M. via telehealth for about a little over a year now and I have to say that she is a great provider. Shes been kind, patient, caring, and very informative through the journey Im on and makes sure to meet me where I am rather than making me feel bad about where I am. If youre nervous about seeing a provider, I can say with great confidence that interacting with Kelly will change your point of view.
