I've had the pleasure of working with Mark Mondo on CRM systems for over ten years. He is highly responsive, dedicated, creative and knowledgeable. Over the years, I've presented Mark with many challenging situations to address inside of my chosen CRM (ACT!) and he has always found an efficient and cost effective solution to each need. i would recommend Mark as a consultant without hesitation.

Mark is the most responsive consultant I have ever encountered. When he does not know something he actually tells me and proceeds to help me investigate the issue until it has reached a conclusion that I, as his client is satisfied with. I find him to be a breath of fresh air in the current environment of "This is the newest thing and you should buy from me even though the last thing you purchased from me does not work"

Mark at MondoCRM is one of my key business consultants. Mark has taken my ACT! contact management system, which I have had for over 10 years, and converted it from a simple customer database to a marketing and operations super-charged productivity tool. Mark's takes the time to listen and understand my objectives and goals. He has streamlined processes and introduced new marketing tools. Mark Mondo (MondoCRM) has been an invaluable resource for our company and particularly our ACT team. We found our team in need of an Act! consultant when our previous consultant passed away. Mark not only stepped-in to offer support of the version we were running at the time, but has since helped us with migration to a newer platform as well implementation of a necessary hot fix. When the company I represent, Advanced Process Systems decided to go with Act! Premium Cloud for our CRM, I sought out a local Act! Consultant to help us with all aspects of the transition from MS Dynamic to Act! I made the assumption that he had the necessary expertise but within a short period of time, I realized he did not. A few years ago I worked for another firm that used Act! and an Engineer buddy of mine from that company often spoke highly of Mark Mondo of Mondo CRM. I reached out to Mark and immediately realized why this other company valued him so highly. Not only is he well versed in all things Act! he is also very knowledgeable about other software applications and their compatibility. Mondo CRM is our Certified Act! Consultant- Chicago and we work with Mark remotely to accomplish getting new employees set up, as well as training. At first I thought it important to have a local consultant but with technology today, there is no need. Mondo CRM has the tools and the knowhow to deliver awesome individual (and team) training sessions and it doesnt matter that Im in Kansas and hes in Illinois! Additionally, Mondo CRM makes freely available to its customers, a wealth of additional training tools and videos.
