Im new in town and looking for a barber, so I booked an appointment at 8 am at Excel. My appointment was accepted without them notifying me that the shop doesnt open until 10.

I waited an additional 10-15 minutes in my car, but nobody came.

They cut hair really well, but i have had barbers run so late that i was there for 3 hours. I also had a barber reschedule me the day of without notifying me directly. I would continue to go, but they need to learn to respect your time.
