        I was referred to this firm by an attorney. Atty Tracy Stanker was rude over the phone and insisted on create a scene for my case which was unbecoming. She ultimately said she was going to hang up on me because she was unable to rationalize my case.

        Patrick Williams was thoughtful and considerate about my situation of a surgical bill hat was incorrectly estimated prior with a bill over 100 thousand dollars above prior estimate. The hospital and insurance company gave me the run around and told me it was my responsibility. He quickly and effectively compelled insurance and hospital to review case and he saved me the 100 thousand dollars.
