The Towers at Four Lakes

I have lived in the towers since 2021. In the beginning I loved it. But now I just hate it. I recently had open heart/lung surgery and once I came back I was inhaling second hand smoke for 2 weeks. So great for my lungs! I never smelled cigarette smoke the entire time I was living here but now its gotten out of control and the leasing office DOES NOT CARE! The elevators are always broken. I had a water damage in my bathroom that took maintenance 4-5 months to fix and once they completed it they left a mess in my bathroom. Couldnt even clean up after themselves. Theres dog poop everywhere from Unresponsible Pet owners. The dog poop trash is always overflowing. Packages are always stolen, the cameras dont do anything. I met my boyfriend and bestfriend here, but thats the only best thing!

Elevators have been down for a year. New elevator they just had repaired screeches every time it goes from Lobby to floor 1 and vice versa. The newly repaired elevator has also gone out multiple times in the evening and so you are forced to take the stairs. Edit: updating review as both elevators are now functional. Screeching is still there, so hopefully that will also be fixed soon. Edit: elevators still having problems in the 5800 building. Multiple days where we are down to one functioning elevator.

Been here 6months. No issues . The place is safe . If you have a issue maintenance is there that day to fix it. Common areas are always spotless and grounds taken care of. I love coming home to my apartment after working a long day to hear the fountains and know its quiet. Its a big community with lots of working professionals such as myself that just like coming home to a nice cared for place. I am so happy to have found this place and hope to stay here for a while . Thank you all that make this a great place to live for me and my pup .

I am not sure where the bad reviews about bugs, roaches, etc are coming from but that is completely FALSE!!!! Ive been here since 2021 and LOVE ITYes Ive experienced rent increases every lease renewal but I have a peace of mind here and that means everything to me. I pay for indoor parking and always feel safe. Yes they have rules but I love it thats how you keep the place from chaos. I have a beautiful view overlooking the beautiful lake and my balcony is so relaxing. The leasing office and maintenance team ROCKS!!!!!!! I called about a heat issue and asked for weather stripping at my front door oh my goodness within 20 minutes maintenance was knocking at my door and handled my request expeditiously. The landscaping is BEAUTIFUL and they have so much to offer here. Yes it may be on the pricey side but they are worth every dime. Yes you can find something cheaper but remember you get what you pay for. I am getting SUPERB treatment here and I HIGHLY recommend The Towers.
