        Met Alex the manager today (night shift), I didnt catch his last name unfortunately but saw him working really hard helping his co-workers and being on top of everything that was going on. Great attitude and commitment, He is an excellent leader someone that sets the example for everyone!!! People like him are very few. I had a few words with him and immediately recognized what a great person with an amazing work ethic and professionalism is and very proud of his work place. MCDs I truly believe you have someone there that can and will make a big difference overall, and I will definitely without a doubt mentor him and give him the tools to become a great leader for your organization! Keep it up Alex great job!!!!
