She needed to contact the doctor office because of unreadable handwriting, gave great advice regarding the frame... took care of everything with ease and and grace.         I have gone there 3 times. Once for glasses, and twice for some frame fixing. I now have glasses that look good on me....And I can see again! Everyone there was so helpful. I recently brought in my badly bent frames and Will worked diligently on them. Wearing the right glasses is so important....and Visionworks seems to understand that.
