Micro managing company, very little support from upper management maybe because it's a newer company in the region that's expanding fast. Only cares about the numbers, med A minutes can't be too high even though it should be patient centered. Provides incentives for higher productivity, for productivity standards that are already hard to meet in this current healthcare environment. Kind of questionable on how it gets achieved too. It might vary by area but look elsewhere if you want a company that provides patient centered therapy services.

This is a good company who values employees and patients - qualities that are very hard to find in contract therapy companies these days. Supervisors are supportive and easy to get in touch with.
