        Last night's meal was basically cold, with cold steak served by a snotty high school chick. If I was Mexican I would be insulted that they consider this even remotely Mexican food. Just because they cook it in the front doesn't mean it's fresh. Ewwww

        Burrito bowl made right. I just didn't care for the brisket. It was sweet and chopped into small pieces so I didn't taste a lot of it due all the other toppings. Establishment is always clean and staff are always pleasant. *Side note, I did NOT care to witness an employee wiping the prep table clean with napkins then putting those SAME napkins in the red salsa to gather a clump of cheese that was beginning to drown in the salsa.

        Everytime I come here, the people are attentive, and I get exactly what I asked for. The chicken is always well seasoned and diced uniformly so that there's a bit of chicken in almost every bite. (I deducted a star bc I found a piece of fat that should have been thrown away). The rice and beans are always soft and well seasoned. My bowl is not just thrown together by the employee. Its done with precision.
