I have to express my disappointment with the service provided by Ann during our recent visit to the store. As a young couple, my fianc and I were in need of purchasing a shower faucet set. Unfortunately, Ann seemed hesitant to answer our questions and was incredibly difficult to communicate with. Despite spending over $2000 on various items, it felt like she didn't take us seriously. Even after making the purchase, we had to call multiple times just to get a hold of her. Overall, our experience with Ann left much to be desired, and we hope for better customer service in the future. Additionally, our frustration grew when we purchased a set, only to find out that one crucial part wouldn't be available for another three months. This inconvenience led us to search elsewhere, and we were able to find the missing part at another store. The lack of transparency and communication regarding product availability added to our dissatisfaction with Ann's service.

Absolutely horrible! Angela screwed up my order and forgot the most basic pipes for bathroom. Money hungry and dont care about the customer!!

Amazing people, fantastic selections! But the people make this company great. sales people will work with you to find exactly what you are looking for.

The store has nice things, but nothing is priced and there was no one around to help even though they only had 1 other customer. The other employees were sitting behind their desks and barely looked up as I walked around. I walked back to the front to ask someone for pricing, he was on the phone, looked up gave me a price and went back to his call, didn't tell me to wait and didnt ask the guy who was just sitting behind him to help. I made a comment about how I was interested in another product downstairs but needed pricing and he just shrugged so I walked out.

Zero customer service skills! No one will greet you upon entering the store regardless to how many associates were sitting at their desks. Perhaps we didn't seem like we needed any attention or even a "hi." This isn't even about customer service, this is basic human decency. Perhaps someone working there with some level of decency will read this post and change things up there. I walked in to this buisness, make a full circle passing one representative after another, and no one thinks that they should even say a hi. It was only after I decided to walk out that a lady sitting in the center with a blue jeans jacket that had courtesy to say "hi and ask if I was looking for something". There were at least four or five more people who I passed by and no one asked if we needed any help or if we were just browsing. What a shame really. No buisness deserves any sales from places like this where the most basic communication skills are dead! Not only did we need to by materials for a home we bought but also for two investment properties. Perhaps they prefer certain looking/types of people for customers only.
