My Condominium building recently had a water leak that affected multiple units and common areas of the building. Unfortunately my home sustained damage. The only positive in the situation was my experience with A. Schoeneman company. From their initial response and the quick action of the remediation crew and leadership of Victor got my home dry and safe. The construction phase which was recently completed was handled with the care, skill, and professional. Rafael's attention to detail and craftsmanship made my home look as if there was never any damage. Theyre Professionals and they know how to handle Claims from bottom to top. Their Contractors handled my Roof job Super easy! Not going back and forth! Saving time and communication was awesome! Do not hesitate to call them get a quote. Thanks Bob and Victor save me some $$$$.

A. Schoeneman& Co delivered an outstanding experience for a basement repair at my new house. They completed 99% of the job to perfection, and when the owner came over for a final walk through, noticed there was 1% incomplete, and got on his hands and knees to finish the job himself. Talk about going over the top! What an awesome family business with great core values.

Would recommend this company as contractors to anyone getting work done on their property or business! Work was done in a timely and professional manner! I also asked alot of questions and got them answered quickly as well! 10/10 recommend!
