        They are bad for business i was about to buy a new truck after a car i got but they don't want to fix some scratches they committed to fix for my car, dealerships are reputation driven business that this guys don't understand. Not recommended i was expecting a serious consumer experience here. Avoid them at any cost. Now i don't even trust in the whole business complex of dealerships in that area.

        Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. There was a miscommunication with pay for the service. Josh M took action and communicated with his team (Fred the sales manager). Josh took the time to apologize and explain the situation. He was respectful in his manner and continued to check up on me while I waited. I greatly appreciated the care Josh, Fred, and the Hyundai team showed me.

        I had an appt to get a new battery for my Kona as a Jiffy Lube in Dec told me i needed one; i was checked in by Efrem who was friendly & efficient ; i then went to the waiting room that was clean, had lots of drinks snacks & Tv. After the time i was told it may take, Efrem came to the waiting room to go over what was found he said the test on my battery showed it was ok & they wanted to retest to be sure it was ok & if i was ok with that or could wait; i decided to wait; Efrem came back after second test done & said it showed again my battery was ok , as was the complimentary multi point inspection . The service dept saved me $500 which was the cost of a new battery!! Efrem went over how to maintain my battery & was very impressed with him & the service dept. I highly recommend Hyundai of Lincolnwood!!

        The worst dealership experience I have ever had. After I paid my money for the car, they gosted me. I had several questions after purchase and could not get anyone to return my call. When I did get to someone, always got a, I will find out and get back to you, never happened. The Salesperson, Sales Manager, financial person and even the General Manager would not return my calls. Would not recommend to anyone.
