        Easily the worst experience Ive ever had with doing my taxes. The person whom I dealt with, Antoinette, was very rude and would always hang up abruptly without saying goodbye and without answering all of my questions whenever I gave a call. Did not give an approximate date of when I would recieve my taxes and just told me to wait. Her tone was very rude. It felt as if once I paid she was nice and before paying was very rude. Will never conduct business here again. Paid $235 for a terrible experience.
