        Update: Great organization, DeLynne and Anita were very helpful! I was able to reach them via Facebook Messenger and through email, and Anita was very helpful and apologetic for the trouble with the phone system. I have always heard great things about the assistance from this center, but unfortunately I havent been able to get through their phone system. After choosing option 1 to talk to someone, it says everyone is busy and puts the call on hold, but after a few minutes their phone system disconnects the call. Is this the typical experience here if you dont know an extension to connect to someone directly? Thanks!
