Best car wash in Central Illinois in my opinion. Staff is great, wash comes out fantastic and it comes with vacuums to clean the inside of your car and glass/surface cleaners and microfiber towels to get a clean spot free dry. 5/5 would recommend.

Last Friday, April 5th, 2024 I took my car through the wash. (I was already a member). This was the 3rd time since my membership that I've taken my car, the other two times weren't bad. This day however, was disappointing. They have the two lanes, but only one was open so I get in that lane, then I notice their cone that had arrows to both lanes. Right Lane said "Entrance", left lane said "Members", so me being a member got in the left lane and sat there. There was only one person doing the cars and I sat their for about 5 min before more employees came over because the line was getting long. One of the employees came to my window and said all of us cars in the left lane needed to backup and get back in the right lane. This literally added the time waiting for a wash even longer. So, after finally getting to the wash, my car goes in and nothing works, I was told to wait in line again. I'm in line again and car after car is coming out and are told to get in line. Then one car comes out and an employee told them to get in the left lane and let them go right on through. My frustration isn't with the car wash itself but I guess the management and customer service part of it, just for that day. It seemed like chickens with their heads cut off. I spent a total of 30 min there trying to get a car wash. If there was a better procedure in place for when things go wrong like that, that would've probably helped the situation. For example: They should've let customers who went through and didn't get the car wash go ahead of everyone. Also they need to have a fast lane for members, I feel like this could be an added benefit for a membership.
