        2024 UPDATE: I was stressing out about my Tax situation because of a few changes I made last year. I went to Tax Associates again this year. Result: Peace of Mind! First time customer this year for our taxes. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Evelyn was so pleasant to deal with, and you can tell she is very knowledgeable and experienced. If you are looking for a tax service, do not hesitate to use Tax Associates!

        Worst tax firm to deal with. Based on reviews here - I signed up with them for my LLC for 2023 taxes. My first warning sign was when the principal told that they are getting flooded with new clients. That said - they accepted me. I sent my documents about a month ago. First - I was told I am in queue. Then, they kept asking for one document and then another. There was no counseling for new LLC owners. All business was on email . They ask ad-hoc questions and go silent. Finally, yesterday (six days from tax day) I get a rude note from the Principal saying that they cannot file taxes for me. They said - they did not know how to handle my rental properties in India and they said they will not help me revise my P&L ( to write-off working space, utilities etc.). Instead of working with me - they chose to make the unilateral decision not to file taxes. This is my first year filing taxes as LLC and now I have to scramble. COMPLETE MISTAKE to trust this unprofessional company.
