How bad could this place be, I asked myself. That was three months ago, before I couldn't get a call back, before they sent the wrong supplies twice and charged me for the privilege. When I called to explain their mistake, I couldn't reach them for over a month. My physician referred me here, and I will never forgive them for subjecting me to this terrible practice. Avoid AT ALL COSTS. Public Service Announcement: If you find yourself dealing with this place, and can't get to a human, dial extension 1001 - this hidden extension will actually get you to a human person. Ugh.

The customer service here is worst than awful, its nonexistent. Its impossible to get a hold of anyone at all. They use voicemail or email, which the never respond to. They dont automatically give you access to their ordering systems and they wont let you know if your prescription has lapsed, they just put your account on hold and ignore you. They should not be in business. And the Center for Sleep Medicine wont let you go through another vendor for supplies.
