        Worst place ever Ive been there since it was CubeSmart years ago and always billing problems today I called because I was charged twice for my monthly storage and theres nobody to help me until they get back in the office on Thursday. Meanwhile I get charge $35 overdraft because I use this account only for my storage lockers.

        I found myself needing to rent a storage space. I chose Bradley Road Storage. The gentleman that assisted me was courteous and efficient and very pleasant to deal with. The facility is large and very clean. I recommend Bradley Road Storage highly.

        2.15.2022 update, raised prices around 50% all at once in 1 year. Dirty wet place with inconsistent service.

        We looked into three storage units in the Green Oaks/Libertyville area. We chose Bradley because right off the bat someone answered the phone, they knew the prices and the availability right away - they even accommodated us the same day. They are affordable and have month to month contracts. The location is close to 294, the facilities are clean, very convenient, and their staff is amazing!!!!! I would highly recommend Bradley Road Storage!
