Dropped by on a Thursday at Noon, closed without explanation. Checked again a few hours later, still closed. Gets one extra star for being good and affordable in the past.

I went in to get some color done. I wanted an ombre, I came prepared with a photo, dark chocolate brown with a caramel/honey ombre.... the instructor, ( if she can even be called that) took it upon her self to bleach my ends white, and put blue black color on the rest of my hair while the foils of white bleach were still on my hair. when rinsed the blue black stained the ends GRAY!! so now I have blue black hair with gray ends. She attempted to fix this by putting a toner on the gray part. which worked.... until I washed my hair the following day.. there was SO much black color that was not rinsed from my hair that when I got out of the shower my ends were stained GRAY again!! I am so upset I have been growing my hair out for a year! and now I have no choice but to cut my hair, not only that but I am stuck with blue black hair!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!! this is a warning!! my hair was done 100% by an (instructor) who also told me that no matter how damaged my hair gets never cut it... I have no idea how that makes any amount of sense! This woman also kept calling me Paula, over and over and over again.... my name is Laura thank you very much!

I went in today for a haircut/shampoo. Service was excellent. Better haircut than I often receive at a retail establishment. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
