Beware of dealing with this Clinic. We are Practice Managers in the health care industry and the office Staff especially Darci at the front desk hung up on me while I was trying to get codes that will be billed to my insurance to ensure that I am aware of what my out of pocket will be prior to seeing the doctor. Wanted to ensure that there will be no surprises after the fact. Darci is very rude and obnoxious to deal with. Suggest Doctor to review this message and implement and employ patient friendly staff. Unless I hear back from the Doctor or their Practice Manager I have no intention of ever dealing with this outfit again.

Dr. Joyce Muni is very professional and the office staff was very friendly. Highly recommend! Edit: Im taking 2 starts OFF because she refuses to take patients without Covid-19 vaccination, they told me when I called to make an appointment for my son.

I've been a patient of Dr Muni for several years and she is the best Ophthalmologist I've seen. She is a true role model as a doctor. Her office is clean, appointments run on time, she takes the time to listen and respond to questions and has been there when I've had eye emergencies. STRONGLY RECOMMEND DR MUNI!

I have been seeing Dr. Muni for many years and she is a true professional. She is an expert ophthalmologist and is also a compassionate caring physician. I have never had a problem scheduling appointments and she has always made time to see me for emergencies or special circumstances. I have glaucoma and recently had a sudden vision impairment. Dr. Muni saw me immediately and worked with me over a two-week period to define the problem and correct it. She also caught a potentially life-threatening problem of my husbands and worked through his doctor to get him seen in the E.R. ASAP! Her staff is also great, especially Darcy at the front desk.
