        Absolutely terrible service from U-Haul. I reserved a truck, filled out all the paperwork online as requested went to pick up my truck was asked to re-verify the exact same information. I took photos of my license, and photos of myself, was unable to pick up the truck because they could not contact my emergency contacts. If I knew that they expected to contact my emergency contact at the pick up time I would have confirmed in advance with my emergency contacts. Complete waste of my time, phone charge and entire disruption to my move.

        Our representative was as friendly and helpful as you could want. Just a super real person who wanted to make sure we werent screwed over by our service and thats such a pleasant surprise when dealing with such services. I seriously wish I got this level of service every time 10/10
