I was very frustrated when I came to this branch, my debit card was frozen and I was sent from another PNC branch to get the card replaced at this location, while on my lunch break. Nidhi Gupta, senior banker, took really good care of me. She asked me if I had time to eat lunch and when I said no, she reached into her own lunch bag and gave me a snack, then gave me a bottle of water while she printed my debit card quickly to get me out the door. As irrate as I was, needless to say I walked out with a smile on my face. Thank you Nidhi! Your sweet gesture was warmly appreciated and I hope PNC appreciates you too :)

I came here originally four months ago or so looking for a replacement for my debit card. The person that was helping me was able to provide me the new card that I needed. But also told me that I was eligible for another credit card with PNC.
I explained I already had a credit card with PNC had already allocated all of my credit card debt to my PNC credit card. She explained I was paying too much in
Interest and I would be able to transfer my debt to the new card with lower interest rate and finish paying it up faster. I then agreed to open up the new credit card PNC rewards.
After many attempts to transfer my debt to the new credit card myself with no luck, I came back in person and asked for her to transfer my debt. She then said no you can't do that it has to come from an external bank. She said she never said that I would be able to do that. At that point shouted to her collegue and confirmed that it is not something that is allowed. She said maybe I mentioned I had another credit card debt with another bank, and we can try to transfer that debt. I said no that wouldn't make sense because I don't have any other credit card debt.
The thing that bothers me is that I'm being made to believe that i misheard or I'm misremembering the events. She even looked in my account to see my debt and did the math on my paperwork of how much money I was going to save on interest.
I've been a customer for many year and I've never had such a bad experience. I won't cancel my new credit card account because it would look poorly on my credit report. To say I feel deceived is putting it gently. I love banking with PNC bank but this definitely left a bad taste.

Nervous about leaving this review for fear of retaliation. This bank sells you services you do not need. Refuses to refund your money for services you never received. It takes multiple inquires and trips to the branch to get simple tasks completed properly. Going to the branch is not a quick effort, plan to stay for at least 30-45 minutes, for a simple task. The staff does not have necessary skills. The staff is more concerned about getting a high customer satisfaction rating (begging us to rate them high) then providing quality, efficient service. Online banking is cumbersome and is often not available.
