Anne has been the best agent to work with for all my needs. She helped to find a great townhome to rent and then helped me purchase my first home a year later. I worked with her for a third time when it was time to sell and relocate out of state. As a first time buyer and seller she took the time to answer all my questions and give me realistic feedback and assessment of my house. She got my house on the market as quick as possible, took care of every detail during the sale, and worked through the negotiations and relocation company to get a great offer closed on. My husband and I have worked with Anne as our realtor since we moved to Illinois in 2018. She helped us find our first townhome, and then helped us buy and sell two houses in Lake Bluff and Gurnee, IL. Anne is an amazing realtor. We are so grateful to have worked with her. When we were new to the home-buying game, she walked us through every step of the process. She also made selling our houses incredibly easy, scheduling walk-throughs around our schedule and giving us helpful advice. Both homes we sold with Anne received several offers above asking price within a few days of listing them. Anne is highly professional, but also approachable and friendly.
