Kathy is hands-down the best realtor we have worked with! When she says shes going to do something, she does it. Im an organized person and had to-do lists of what to do and when to do it, and Kathy was right on-time asking if we had remembered to do it before I could let her know it was done. Impressive! She was very familiar with the area and the relocation process, and helped us get an issue resolved with the relocation company by using her contacts. She was the buying agent for us this time, and we will for sure use her to sell our house when the time comes.
