Anne Hazen made our buying and selling experience so smooth. She was there every step of the way to guide us through the entire process. She thought of everything that I would not have. She was available and answered our questions and concerns with such patience and knowledge. You can tell she is number one when it comes to real estate but above that she is just an amazing and genuine person. She helped us hire the perfect lawyer, Barbara Swanson. There was never a worry and all transactions were easy. Anne attended all inspections, closings and walk throughs and asked questions I would never have thought of to make sure I was protected and getting the most of what I want for my money. Finally she left a generous gift for me out of her own commission and donated generously to the charity of my choice.....talk about a class act!! Let's face it, buying, selling, moving could be a stressful part of life. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't do it without Anne. I can tell you that for sure. She even thought to take pictures of us on moving day! Her professionalism is exemplary. Her kindness and attention to detail is well above what you might expect. She helped me find the home that I have been wanting for so long and then personally came over to the house I was selling to help me make it sellable....even offered her own things for staging, etc, if you can believe that!!! I seriously could not have done it without her. I simply adore and appreciate Anne Hazen. She is a fantastic realtor and an amazingly wonderful person!

Anne helped my husband and I close on our very first home, and she was an absolute delight to work with. She knew exactly what we were looking for, and provided her thoughts and knowledge without pushing us one way or another. Being first time home buyers can be incredibly scary and daunting, but Anne made the process seamless and truly enjoyable. We were so happy to close, but truthfully were a little sad to stop working with Anne (until we move again, if we ever do!). Couldnt recommend her enough!

Anne was very hands on. Gave us regular updates on feedback from showings. Gave us good suggestions on things that would help us sell our house. We've sold 2 properties and purchased another all with the help of Anne and wouldn't hesitate in using her in the future if we need a realtor!
