Buying a new house is always stressful, there are many things to be considered and many things that can go wrong, however Maggie Richter was always there, available to help and solve all my doubts and concerns. It was great knowing she was there to assist, no matter the time or day, she was always responsive. Thanks Maggie!

Maggie is the best of the best, period. She is there with you every step of the way offering her intelligent, informed insight and, frankly, unparalleled knowledge of the Chicagoland real estate market. It is clear how she got to where she is today and I feel fortunate to have been able to have her find me the perfect place. There is no one else I would trust to help me other than Maggie!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Maggie has been a pleasure to work with over the years as she helped place my wife and I in our first and second condos in Chicago. Not only is she a real estate vet, with a deep knowledge of the market; but she also has a creative interior design mind which proved valuable when picturing our furniture and life within each condo showing. Maggie was prompt to respond to our many questions and flexible with our constantly changing schedule. After helping place us in our first and second condo, Maggie has continued to check in on our well being, provide design advice where needed and invite us out for a coffee when shes in the neighborhood. I couldnt be more happy with the relationship we have built with Maggie! I hope everyone has a Maggie in their life when buying a house.
