Mary Vallely is the most knowledgeable and experienced real estate agent I have ever known! From the moment I decided to sell my condo, she helped me get my place ready to sell in a matter of days, I had buyers looking at my place shortly after! In fact, before my house hit the public market I was offered multiple offers which lead to a sale within the first week. I couldnt have ever asked for a smoother sale of my home during this period. She gives you updates from start to finish because she cares for her clients!

Mary Vallely did such a great job for me! I consulted with her about a year before I went on the market and she told me exactly what was needed to get my house ready to sell. She discouraged me from spending money that I thought I should spend to get my house market ready. I am so glad I listened to her. When it was time to list, she told me what she thought we could get in today's market. I thought we were pricing too high but WRONG AGAIN! We got exactly what we wanted and received an offer on day 2. She expertly guided me through the whole process from listing to closing and told me what to expect every step of the way. It turns out, she was right about everything! She only contacted me when she needed decisions or answers and kept communications short and to the point.
