I cannot recommend Lisa Garcia enough! Ive had a very hard time finding a good therapist for me. Ive been through well over 15 therapists in 7 years. My main one quit a few years back and before then and since then its been hard to find one I connect with. Lisa is great at her job. Ive been with Lisa for a year now and couldnt be happier with her as my therapist.

My boys worked with Tricia and she was such a great match. She's funny and really got to know each of them individually which helped them open up more. The addition of art therapy to their sessions made the boys feel like they were just hanging out with a friend doing cool stuff! Everyone I've met on the staff has been welcoming and kind. Highly recommend any of them depending on your needs.

As someone who has been through this sort of thing a lot, I can personally attest that this has been my best experience in 20 years. Its hard to find someone who actually cares and wants to help. Here you will find that and more. This is a place with good, personable, dedicated, attentive therapists, great management, and a comfortable environment. Ive never felt more comfortable. I never feel judged. I only feel like Ive met people who legitimately want to help me. People who I now consider friends. I highly recommend this clinic and I guarantee they are dedicated to your wellbeing. Do yourself the favor of seeking out this clinic. Much love!

Im a PMHNP Student and I interned there this summer and I loved it! Tricia and all the therapist were all so knowledgeable and welcoming to students and patients! Parking was great the office was so inviting and soothing. I learned a lot about different therapy styles. They cater to all age groups and are LGBTQ+ friendly. They have a therapist whose former military and he specializes in PTSD and trauma.
