        Epic failure! I was sent here for a pre-employment drug screen. There was only 1 employee here and she had to do intake, run screenings, etc. I really do not blame her, but I do blame CWP. She missed that an e-Screen REQUIRES scanning the bar code provided and instead had me write the number on my intake form. My test results were cancelled and I had to go to another medical center and provide another sample several days later. I have no problem providing clean samples, but I do have a problem with my wasted time & gas!!!!

      We're sorry that you feel so strongly about your visit to CWP. We are a collection site for e-Screen which means our job is to collect the sample and ensure that the chain of custody is completed. e-Screen is responsible for the sample once it leaves our facility. We are not required to scan the barcode. They often do not scan, so typing in the number works just the same. If a sample was provided and you walked out of our clinic with a chain of custody form that you signed off on, our service was completed properly. CWP has no ability or authority to cancel a drug screen once it is completed. The lab or your employer are the only ones with the authority to cancel the test or require a re-test.
