Farmers Insurance - Joel Reed

Terrible experience everything was fine for a couple of months, then I got a letter saying we needed to do some work to continue coverage! Ok, fine no worries, we will take care of it! Most expensive part of the issues they wanted us to fix were tree branches over our house! We did everything they asked us to do and asked for more clarification on one thing. Next thing you know we get a letter saying they are dropping us. I contacted the office multiple times to get updates always very understanding! Then they just ghosted me and stopped responding all together! We spent a total of $6500 cutting down tree branches for them to just drop us! I do not recommend them AT ALL! The service was mediocre at best, you dont just ask people to spend their hard earned money for them to just be ignored and not have anyone even attempt to help solve the issue or address any of the concerns! Dont waste your time or money!

This company is outstanding! They gave me a piece of mind when I was looking for homeowners insurance. They did so well I am moving all of my insurance needs to them. I got lower rates and Joel tailored my policy to meet specific needs that I had. Not to mention I saved over $1500! I highly recommend them.
