I can only comment on the excellent parts department staff but my experience tells me that the entire team from top to bottom know how to make a customer happy! Every part I needed was at the store in two days.

I like to thank Kevin in the service department. My Father was having issues getting his John Deere to move forward or reverse. I came over to see if I can help him. No clue how these things work. I called the Libertyville location and spoke to Kevin. I explained everything and he was very patient and helpful with trying to figure out what was going on. He explained to me some of the features it has and came across a latch that was in park that my Father completely forgot about. We felt like idiots but Kevin saved the day! Thank you again for your help today!!

I bought a John Deere S 100 at Lowes. Noticed a puddle of oil after the first week. Tom Lorentz and his team were the best. Turned out it was a cracked cylinder head. They picked up my machine and got it back to me in a week. No charge with the extended warranty. Outstanding service.
