I drive from Lake Forest to take my clothing to them. Exceptionally friendly staff, that do a good job on cleaning. I also appreciate the coupons that come via email.

Great service and great cleaning! Never had an issue in two years and my wife's and my clothes are always in excellent condition and cleaned and pressed well. Ladies are very nice as well!

Service just as expected. Email notification for pick up is helpful. Staff was friendly. As a new customer I was offered 25% off the total cost to have my clothes dry cleaned, but they're running that same promotion for all customers anyway at the moment. I suggest adjusting the hook for new customers as needed to help with buy-in. Everyone loves a special introductory offer unlike the other promotions.

They did a great job, but it is not worth how expensive it is. The pricing is insane. I got my winter bedding cleaned, and the initial quote I received was $45. I was also told I could use a 25% coupon, so the price would be $33-$34. Even with the discount, it was more than I wanted to spend but agreed to do it since it was so convenient. Today I was charged $46 when I picked it up. They broke out the pillowcases and comforter as two separate items, and then gave me the 25% discount. I just wished I would've gotten the correct quote to begin with because I would have gone elsewhere. For $46, I could almost buy a new comforter at Bed Bath & Beyond! Unfortunately, I will be going elsewhere next time.
