        This is by far the best tax company I have ever went through. The customer service is excellent. They work hard and are very fast. Jeff is a great man and genuinely cares for his clients.

        Poor communication, Employee lied to us about payroll delivery then thru us under the bus with Jeff, who sent us a scathing response without even addressing our names. His employee was rude o le on the phone and lied, we had emails to prove it. We are changing companies because blaming the customer when your employee lies is not great customer service. Shame on you, Jeff, for being so rude you cant even use your customers names when responding to them.
