I dropped ALL (sadly didnt make copies) of my documents off on May 13th and spoke with Jodi that day. Almost 2 months later and I can't get in touch with her. I've called atleast 20 times, unable to leave a message and numerous times sent emails to get my belongings back so I can file my return elsewhere. Very unprofessional, especially with matters relating to the IRS and are time sensitive-KM

Jody was reccommended by a family member 4 years ago. She has been incredible!! Most of my family have since switched, in recent years. Jody takes the stress out of tax season!!

My small business has used this office for our accounting since we opened. Communication has always been rough but things were always completed on time. Then this year, I realized I hadn't heard from the office in regards to my business tax return. Needless to say, we had to scramble and find a new accountant. All my filing were late and now we are faced with over $1000 in penalties due to the lack of organization, poor communication (never answered by calls or emails) and overall professionalism. Avoid this accountant!!!!! Terrible service... so disappointing. I would give zero stars if allowed.
