I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the abysmal service provided by your company. The handling of our recent truck repair was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Upon bringing in our truck for steering wheel issues, we explicitly requested a detailed estimate before any repairs were carried out. Despite our clear communication, your company failed to provide the courtesy of an estimate, leaving us in the dark about the potential costs involved. The lack of communication during the two weeks our truck was in your possession was utterly unacceptable. Calls, emails, and text messages went unanswered, leaving us completely in the dark about the progress of the repairs. This level of disregard for customer communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company. When we finally received an email stating that the truck was ready for pickup, we were shocked to discover a bill of $4,000 without any prior estimate as promised. Our attempts to seek clarification were met with silence and an utter lack of professionalism. Even more alarming was the fact that, despite the hefty payment, the steering wheel issues persisted, putting our driver at risk on the road. The apparent absence of a post-repair test drive to ensure the safety of the vehicle is not only negligent but poses a serious threat to those using your serviced vehicles. Upon expressing our dissatisfaction and demanding resolution, we were met with further disappointment. The unresponsiveness continued, and when we finally managed to speak with a representative, we were told we had to pay an additional $600 for undisclosed "additional issues" that were supposedly addressed during the repair. The conversation with your representative, who struggled with English proficiency, only added to our frustration. We attempted to negotiate a fair resolution, suggesting that we would cover the cost of any additional parts used but requested a discount on labor due to the subpar service. Shockingly, your company refused any compromise, insisting on the additional $600. It is disheartening to see a company prioritize short-term gains over building long-term relationships with clients. Your unwillingness to address our concerns and offer a reasonable solution, despite the threat of losing a significant client with 35 trucks, speaks volumes about your commitment to customer satisfaction. In conclusion, our experience with your company has been nothing short of a disaster. The lack of communication, disregard for customer requests, negligent testing procedures, and an apparent prioritization of profit over customer relationships have left us with a profound sense of disappointment.
