Just hired on, so far miles are as promised, everyone has held up to what the say, equipment is well taken care of, seems like ill be happy here.will keep yall updated 4 month update Good: Everything is going great, dispatch is on it , money is good, no issues with equipment, 53 conestoga trailers , any issues they are on it and solve it.as a driver you have to be lazy or just stupid to say this company sucks.best, most organized and efficient company Ive been with in 17 years new load dispatch is 30-60 mins (95% of the time) after letting them know ur empty, (keep in mind they are not mind reader's and communication is key) reimbursement is average 1 hr from turning in receipt, paid on time, they dont micro manage, you are hired as a professional driver and they let you do what you do., all upper management is accessible and they will help you. Owners actually work hard , they will grab a unit and go pre load a trailer if needed, They will bring you a truck wherever you are if need be if by chance you cant get repaired in a reasonable amount of time so you and them can still make money meaning you will never be stranded not making money.. Lastly, they are reasonable and fair Bad: Not any issues to report other than my own petty dislikes that in all honesty the company has no control over. For example, loading at any Nucor plant (takes all damn day) Note: I want to add that CSA score is a lil high only due to drivers ignorance and lack of real pre/post trip inspections and traffic laws violations that . There is absolutely no reason drivers should be getting hit with DOT issuesthey fix what needs fixed yet they trust drivers DVIR report are legit and when notified of a issues they make sure its corrected I am not paid to state what Ive said and I am a current driver
