Selling my husband's and my longtime home was an emotional experience for us. While we did not wish to leave our home in Illinois, sadly, it was time to depart the state in which we grew up. With this in mind, both of us are delighted we selected Megan as our realtor. Comprehending how unsettling the house sale was for us, Megan was incredibly understanding, patient, supportive and kind during the entire process of selling our home. Set aside the numerous awards, leadership roles, and recognition as a top producer, Megan takes the time to get to know her clients, their real estate objectives, and provides education and insight so you become a partner in the process. Megan was meticulous from start to finish, helping to keep me on track, recommending outstanding and affordable affiliates such as the home inspector and attorney, and working patiently with a difficult party on the other side of the transaction. Megan's due diligence at our final walkthrough saved me thousands of dollars at closing because she knows exactly what to look for in order to protect her client. This was a buyer side transaction.
