Best plant shop around! The owner (Amanda) is amazingly fun and her knowledge is incredible! The shop is unique and quirky. A great place to find a gift or something for yourself. You can find a large assortment of different plants including carnivorous species. Aster Gardens holds great classes as well. This is truly a Lemont gem!

Happy Spring everyone ! My daughter and I recently traveled to Lemont and checked out Aster Gardens. It was the first thing we wanted to check out in the town and we were not disappointed! The lovely owner has done such a lovely job on her store ~ it makes you just want to be creative and work on your garden and just let go of all the stress thats going around right now in our world. When I asked her for some wildflower seeds to make some flower bombs, She said Ive got just the thing for you and she packaged me up some wildflower seeds in a little envelope . iI wasnt until we got home that we realized, she didnt even charge us for the seeds. who does that anymore ? We bought a lot of her Organic seeds and planted them inside, putting them outside on the warm sunny days were having and they all sprouted immediately. I wanted to suggest that if you havent been to Aster Gardens, you should put it on your list because you be delighted the moment you walk in ! Unique independent shop in downtown Lemont. A must go in my opinion!

Honestly such a gem of a shop. Its quirky, its artsy, its familiar, its cozy and I just want to sit on that vintage couch and watch the world go by. I love everything that I have gotten there and apparently, Im doing something right because they are all still alive! Not only is Aster a great shop, its committed to the community. Classes at the library, a successful Farmers Market season! Lemont is lucky!!!
