Get my floors SAVED THE DAY for me! A contractor messed up a stair piece of my floors and no companies near me would sell me the piece by itself. I had to either buy 200 square feet minimum to get the accessory piece or pay $399 shipping for a piece that should cost $20 because of "company policy". Kristy literally helped a total stranger in need and the accessory piece was at my door in just a few days! Customer service like this deserves all the kudos and will definitely get my return business when it's time to do my basement floors. That $80 piece just got them thousands very soon. A++++, 10/10....5 stars. All of it!!

Kristy was very nice to work with. Very personable and friendly. I was looking for flooring to match flooring.
