After my father passed, I was left with a household full of collectibles and a ton of taxidermy. The thought of dealing with it alone was an overwhelming and daunting task. My wife and I reached out to Eric and he was very professional, courteous and respectful. He and his team handled everything from beginning to end, including removing items that did not sell during the estate sale. Eric was always very communicative and easy to get a hold of. We decided it was time to downsize. After almost 40 years in our home we had collected a lot of stuff and an Estate sale was the answer. Knowing nothing about them I wet to some to get a feel of what they were all about and to get a feel of what would be important to me in my own home. I set up interviews with three different ones and quickly learned that they were all very different. My meeting with Eric Lorek from A Forgotten Treasure made the decision very easy. I liked his answers to all of my questions and I felt comfortable with him as a person and as a professional from day one. As it turned out his service from the beginning to the end far exceeded my expectations. Eric and his staff were all great people to work with. Every promise made was kept and then some. An estate sale is a stressful process but working with Eric was amazing. He is 100% accommodating to all of your concerns. In the beginning my concerns were in regards to the details of the sale itself.
