        I had a loan question and wasn't sure this location would be able to help since it's located in Jewel. Cynthia assured me they do the same functions as a brick and mortar location. Cynthia answered and help me with question. She faxed the paperwork needed with a smile. Thanks again Cynthia I really appreciate your help.

        Everytime I go to this branch of Huntington it is quick and all the tellers are knowledgeable and courteous. They go above and beyond making it an easy process to do anything that is not of the ordinary.

        I was helped today by Nathalia. She was very informative and professional. She listened to my questions and answered them without feeling like I was wasting her time. She was extremely helpful. Next time I need to speak to an employee..I will personally ask for Nathalia. I had tcf bank and was nervous with the transition. Huntington bank is everything that TCF bank was and more. I've been happy with them and they always seem to work for you instead of themselves. I recommend anyone looking for a new bank to look into Huntington.
