If I can give them 0 stars I would its a hassle to even get an appointment with them I redeemed my property which they put in bags 72hours after your vehicle is on their property items are missing from my vehicle my property and all of my things in my bags are damp you can tell they were soaking wet at one point of time asked to speak to the manager I was immediately told I couldnt speak to them terrible.

Got my car repossed at night on Presidents day. I recovered my car on Friday, no same day appointments. Place was far, went in and the guy was nice. No complaints aboit that.They do make you sign a paper before getting your car. When I received my car all of my belongings were in a bag. That was very frustrating. As I drove away I noticed my rear end mirror was lose. Tried to move it and it fell. Spent an hr trying to put it as I had to drive an hr away. I was unable to do so. I took it to the dealer and I had to get a new replacement. My spare tire is missing. One of my tires needs some patching. My truck was fine I had just taken it to the dealer. Be aware. Check your stuff!

Lets start with the understanding that I know I'm the fool who got my car repossessed. However, in my opinion, this company appears to be taking advantage of customers during a very difficult time. After paying the appropriate parties to, I was given Done Rite's number to set up an appointment to recover my vehicle. The phone number directs you to a their website to set up the appointment. The soonest appointment available was 1/17. Today is 1/12. After scheduling an appointment, I received a text stating that they had received the request, but it clearly states that it should not be interpreted as a confirmation of the appointment. " NOT a confirmation. Done Rite Recovery Vehicle Redemption request RECEIVED for [redacted]. Await confirm, up to 72 hours if booked far in advance. cancel: [redacted] " The phone system has no intended way for me to speak to a person. There is an option for clients of the company, however nobody answered and I was redirected back to the main menu. If I continue to follow that loop, the phone system eventually redirects me back to the main menu without attempting to connect the call. Hanging up and calling again would allow me to perform the loop again until it stopped redirecting me again. I attempted to reach them for hours, during their stated business hours. As I understand it, I will be charged a storage fee during this delay, in addition to the very high dollar amount that I have already been charged. This company does not appear to me to have either the staff or efficiency to perform the services expected of them, yet appears to be content to charge the customer money for this inefficiency. I will follow up as the story unfolds. Especially if I believe that retaliatory action has been taken as a result of this review.
