        Our service advisor Jay was super in taking care of us. He explained what had to be done with the car. They gave us a loaner which we really needed. The car was in the shop for 3 days. The car is running very good.

        I went in for routine service and everyone from Melina to Erica and especially James Johnson was so professional. James was so patient with me which is real important to me being a senior. He explained every feature on a vehicle in detail pointing out the new advanced safety features. I drove over 20 miles, past other Honda dealerships to come to Napleton.
