        Martin Enterprises has GREAT customer service. This was, hopefully, the last in a series of visits after service on our Carrier Infinity furnace and the installation of a new air filter system. We are finishing up a basement remodeling job and Austin (the best diagnostic technician) brought us a new air filter today for free. The installer, Max, knew the filter would get clogged up more quickly due to the construction dust and put the new filter request in months ago telling us to "just call" when were ready. All is good now!

        My furnace went out when it was -15 out and they sent someone out within 1.5 hours from my call, which was awesome (and it was after hours). The gentleman,Austen, who came to my house was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me very throughly and fixed my furnace in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Martin Enterprise to anyone! Thank you, Austen!

        These guys are the absolute best. Not just the best in HVAC, but the best company I have dealt with. My A/C broke down on the hottest day of the year (over 110 degrees), and a tech came out within an hour of my initial call. He figured out the issue, but unfortunately, the part was backordered for 6 months from Carrier. He told me they will figure out a solution within 24 hours. John from Martin, called me at 8am the next day to re-assure me that they will have a fix for me the same day no matter what. I found that to be extremely professional and courteous. By noon I get notified a tech is coming out and somehow they sourced the direct replacement for me! Total downtime was just 1 day from initial phone call to fix. I am very thankful to have such a great company in my neighborhood. Thanks guys. Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance, Heating system repair

      Good Afternoon Mr. Goldstein, I am very sorry that you are frustrated. We are actually very transparent with our pricing once we are able to properly diagnose the problem that you are having. We operate on a Flat Rate basis. Meaning that we don't work on a time and material basis. So each repair is going to have a unique cost. We do this in order to protect our customers from one technician possibly taking a bit longer to perform a repair versus a technician who might be able to perform the work a little quicker. We would love the opportunity to be able to come out and assist you with any issues that you may be having.
