For more than I will like to give a good review since the last time I was there it seams more friendly people walking around, it have to go this bad for CURBSIDE PICK UP!!! NOT MANY CUSTOMER AROUND AND I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER 10 MINUTES NOW. I HAD CHANCE TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE and go over all the steps.
Not that many people willing to help at the pro desk. There is 4 people and no one talking.

You may think things maybe better with curbside pickup , unfortunately it hasn't improved. This store is not really busy and can't improve with order speed....

The online ordering process at the store is efficient. I appreciate being able to order items and quickly pick them up curbside, especially when unexpected last-minute needs arise during a project. The quick service greatly speeds up my team tasks.

I visited this location for a new renovation. Immediately entering, I was greeted with a warm welcome and was welcomed by near every employee while walking through the store. The customer service in this store is fantastic. This location also had what product I was looking for while other location(s) did not.
