We had our roof replaced by Lakeland and it was a great experience from start to finish. Derek and his team were awesome to work with. I want to start by saying that I couldnt be more pleased with Lakeland Exteriors, I met Derek when he did a little flat roof project I needed done , I really liked him and the way he did business. I had him back to give me a price to do my siding, soffit, fascia and gutters, I had a long time to think about what I wanted before I was in a position to actually move forward with the project, Im a detail freak and I still cant believe what I would call a transformation, Derek and Miguel were kind enough to allow me to fully explain what I wanted, they exceeded all my expectations, on the final day Miguel went over every inch of the house with me and nipped and tucked everything to perfection, I really appreciated that, Im so proud to pull in my driveway now, I cant believe its the same house and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Lakeland is a quality roofing and siding company. Process was explained and completed when promised. The price was fair and the staff was wonderful. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Finding a competent company to work on my roof, gutters, soffit, and fascia (all poorly installed by previous companies) was a daunting task. After two years of looking, I found Lakeland Exteriors & Roofing. It was a positive experience from my first phone call, when Jennifer listened to my concerns and set up an appointment for an inspection, to the to the completion of the work. When Derek came out to do the inspection, I let him know I was very leery of contractors because of the previous shoddy work. He listened to all my concerns and let me know that is not how they operate. He determined what would be needed, gave me options. and provided an estimate in a timely manner. He came to the house multiple times to answer questions and help me decide on the color of shingles, the size of the gutters, etc. He also responded quickly to my emails. Derek explained I could have the work done in the winter or wait until spring. He assured me they could do quality work in the winter, and thats what I went with. There were some slight delays in completing the work due to weather, but nothing that caused a negative impact on the quality of work. All the installers paid attention to detail, worked hard, finished in a timely manner, and did a great job. They cleaned up as they worked. Brian (site manager) checked with me several times and did a final inspection. Everyone I worked with was professional, polite, helpful, and focused on doing the job correctly good old-fashioned qualities that arent found all that often nowadays. Great job at a fair price.
