If I can give no stars to Shannon I would. I send all the information she requested in an email. Then she says she did not get it. Then I forward it's or her and say I wanted to book an appointment to see the house. Then she plays games and says she only has 2 slots open. I take one and then she says she booked someone else. Then I broke another 1 and the day before she says O we took an application without giving me the option to see the house. Poor excuse for someone helping people find homes.

Shannon is definitely the one to call if you have investment property! She makes owning rental properties easy and handles everything from finding and screening tenants to collecting rent and coordinating maintenance issues. Shannon really looks out for her clients.

Shannon is a great specialist and a wonderful property manager! She helped us find a great home to rent, prepared it for our move-in and maintain it in a perfect condition. She is always available to reach with any concerns or problems that may arise with property. So far it's been a great experience
