Carlos was very nice and knowledgeable too bad I had bought the wrong faucets I did buy the one hole faucets but Darren who is also very nice and super knowledgeable told me exactly what to buy and finally I bought the right faucets and Darren installed them, they are really pretty and no more water leaking. Thank you !!!

They came to my home and did not do the job 15 min and they left. Called and they said they are not coming out to drain it and they dont want to do business with me Im a senior citizen and they think took advantage of me and they got my money. So upset reporting them. They say they finished I was upstairs and they left in a hurry and sealed the trap without letting me see theiey work very rude they are going to hear from my lawyer. As you can see there is still water in there. They said they will drain the water and nothing was done. People please be careful and do not use them at all. No paper work nothing.

Other plumbers that came out wanted to change my pipes that were clog and charge me thousand's. Illinois sewer and drain was the only company that gave me the option to unclog my drains. And it worked, no more leaks or clogging. They saved me so much money. Thank you!!!!
